THE ATTRACTION IS A HIGHLY SENSORY EXPERIENCE THAT INCLUDES FLASHING IMAGES AND LIGHTS THROUGHOUT. THIS MAY BE A CONCERN FOR THOSE WHO MAY HAVE SUFFERED FROM SEIZURES OR EPILEPSY.

ACTIVITY CONSENT

I consent to take part/any person in my care under the age of 18 taking part in activities at THE CUBE. In providing my consent I declare that I understand THE CUBE activities themselves are not completely free from risk and I am responsible for my own actions when using the equipment. I accept that whilst THE CUBE staff will take the appropriate precautions to prevent accidents, this can never be guaranteed.

I confirm that I am/the person under 18 I am attending with is physically fit and healthy and I undertake to advise THE CUBE of any change in this regard. I give consent that in the event of any illness/accident any necessary treatment can be administered to me. I confirm that I will fully observe the activity briefing video in venue prior to participating in THE CUBE activities and agree to abide by the activity rules as laid out by THE CUBE, and to always follow the instructions of THE CUBE staff. I declare that the personal information submitted is correct and if any information changes, I will notify The CUBE, Canary Wharf.

If a player is under the age of 18, I am authorised to confirm under the laws of England and Wales the player’s participation in said activity and accept they are always under my supervision. All users agree that they shall not participate in any activities provided by The CUBE, Canary Wharf unless they are medically fit to do so.

ACTIVITY RULES

It is the users responsibility to speak with a member of staff if they are unsure on the rules of a game or need further clarification after observing the briefing video prior to playing THE CUBE.

Users will remove jewellery, mobile phones (when inside THE CUBE) and other valuables. Participants will not eat whilst participating in THE CUBE activities and beverages may not be consumed inside THE CUBE game play areas. Participants should always only carry out activities that are within their skill level and of which they are able to retain control of at all times. Participants will at all times follow the instruction of THE CUBE staff.

Participants will not attempt to use equipment other than for its intended purpose. Participants will not attempt to climb or dismantle any props or equipment at THE CUBE. The Attraction includes vigorous activities and by attending the Attraction you accept that you have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure your own safety, taking into account any personal medical conditions. Care and attention must be paid in the venue to avoid trips and falls. THE CUBE has activities that include throwing, jumping and strenuous activity that you may want to avoid if pregnant. If pregnant, participants confirm that they will only undertake activities that are safe to do so. Participants confirm that if they have any sort of medical condition that they believe may affect their ability to safely utilise the activities, they must consult a qualified medical practitioner before participating.
